This is an application filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the proceeding being OC Exe.(Arb) No.70 of 2017 pending before the District Judge, Jalpaiguri.

It is submitted that the said execution case is pending since 2017.

Given facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to serve notice upon the opposite party and, accordingly, the service of notice stands dispensed with.

The learned District Judge, Jalpaiguri is requested to dispose of the proceeding in connection with OC Exe.(Arb) No.70 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, C.O.25 of 2024 stands disposed of.
