We have considered the materials on record. Victim lady was in the family way. Petitioner who is her husband subjected her to torture. It is alleged he duped her to consume sleeping pills. Her statement is corroborated by the medical records. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
