1. This revisional application has been filed challenging Ct rup the order dated 04.07.2023 in connection with Alipurduar JN GRPS Case No. 16 of 2015 dated 04.07.2015 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 28 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Jalpaiguri, who issued warrant against the petitioner/accused.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State is present after receiving notice.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that necessary direction be given to surrender before the Trial Court.

4. Considering all facts and circumstances, petitioner/accused is directed to surrender before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court,

Jalpaiguri by 26th February, 2024.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
