1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the Commissioner, Panchayats and Rural Development Departments, the respondent no. 3, to comply with the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by the Special Secretary, the respondent no. 2, which has been communicated to the parties by a forwarding memo dated 16.06.2025 , issued by the Deputy Secretary (Law an dVigilance), Panchayats and Rural Development Departments, West Bengal.
3. The intervener seeking to be a party is being represented through his counsel virtually and submits as to how the implementation is to be carried out.
4. Considering that the the writ petition is disposed of, the presence of intervener in this case is not necessary at this stage.
5. On hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall comply with the said order, wherein there is some mandatory directions and also time frame, which it appears, has not been complied with and as such the same be carried out within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with laws.
6. The respondent no.3 shall consider the comprehensive representations annexed to the writ application dated 27.1.2026 filed by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law.
7. WPA 304 of 2026 is disposed of.
8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
