Statement of witnesses and contemporaneous documents show recovery of narcotics, that is, 540 grms of heroin from the possession of the petitioner.

In view of the above circumstances and the restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
