The petitioner submits that he is a member of a Self Help Group. Certain lands were allotted to the Self Help Group by the government.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents being the respondent nos. 8 and 9 are illegally trying to encroach the land allotted in favour of the Self Help Group by the Government.

The petitioner submits that he made representation before the police for taking necessary action by filing a representation on 2nd September 2019 followed up by several reminders. None of the representations made by the petitioner has been considered by the respondent authority till date. None appears on behalf of the private respondent nos. 8 and 9.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondent does not have any instructions in the matter.

As the allegation of the petitioner is relating to encroachment of the land by the private parties, the writ petition does not appear to be maintainable. There are several disputed question of facts. The petitioner has not annexed any documents with the writ petition to show that the land in question was allotted in favour of the Self Help Group by the State Government.

In the event, the petitioner possesses the relevant documents in support of allotment of the land in favour of the Self Help group by the State Government, he shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for necessary relief.

W.P.A. No. 542 of 2020 is disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in court is taken on record.
