In course of submissions, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, we requested such learned advocate to draw our attention to the initial application for grant of relief made by the petitioner, the person who filed the two original applications referred to in the correspondences and the fate of those two original applications. Despite repeated and earnest requests to such learned advocate, he is unable to draw our attention to any of those documents.

In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere with the impugned order.

WP.ST. 1 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
