The State of West Bengal Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty Dr. Arjun Chowdhury ...For the State Dr. Arjun Choudhury, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State on instruction submits that on the day before yesterday, the petitioner, Prakash Gurung has been arrested by the Police and as such the present application, which has been preferred, being aggrieved by an order of issuance writ of proclamation and writ of attachment simultaneously, has become infructuous.

Petitioner is not represented today.

In such view of the mater, C.R.R. 80 of 2025 stands dismissed being infructuous.
