It is submitted on behalf of the petitionerdefendant no.4 that they have filed an application for rejection of the plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908. It is further submitted that the application has been kept pending and the Trial Court is not finally disposing of the same. In this background, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in Title Suit No.14 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, C.O.33 of 2019 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be furnished to the petitioner upon compliance of all usual formalities.
