Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that despite the petitioner's complaint making out a cognizable case, no FIR was registered at the local police station. Accordingly, the complaint was forwarded to the concerned Superintendent of Police. But, no steps were taken.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on a report, which is taken on record, and submits that the FIR has already been registered on the complaint of the petitioner being Kotwali PS Case No.202 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 under Sections 61(2), 314, 316(2), 318(2) and 318(4) of the BNS Act.

As the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, no further order need be passed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
