Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that his client was aggrieved for nonregistration of FIR. But, it appears that an FIR has already been registered, as informed to his client yesterday. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on a report, which is taken on record and submits that an FIR being Pundibari PS Case No.226 of 2025 dated 01.03.2025 under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of the BNS Act has already been registered on the complaint of the petitioners.

As the grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed, no further order need be passed. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
