Yusuf Azad ...... petitioner Mr. Biprajit Das, ...... for the petitioner Mr. Nilay Chakrborty, Mr. Sourav Ganguly, ...... for the State Recovery of narcotics i.e. 21.67 kg. ganja was made from the petitioner and the co-accused.

Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
