Mr. Hillol Saha Podder, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the instant criminal revisional application was filed to quash the order of stay of warrant of arrest. He further submits that the petitioners were subsequently arrested and they were on bail. Thereafter, the trial has also been concluded in the instant case pending before the trial court.

Under the facts and circumstances of the case the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, instant revisional application i.e. CRR 30 of 2022 is disposed of.
