The petitioner appears in person and seeks for a direction upon the respondent authorities for demarcation of his plot of land.

Upon hearing the detailed submissions of the petitioner and upon perusing the documents annexed to the writ petition, the Court is not convinced with the submission of the petitioner with regard to the title of the plot of land which the petitioner claims to be his own.

The petitioner being unable to prove ownership of his own plot of land is making wild allegations against unknown persons alleging them to be antisocial elements disturbing him from demarcating his land. No details of any persons creating any disturbance are available on record. Complaint has not been filed naming any person against whom the police may take action.

It appears that the petitioner has not approached this Court with bona fide intention. The writ petition appears to have been filed to abuse to process of law. The Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in this matter.

The writ petition stands dismissed with costs assessed at Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) to be paid by the petitioner in the office of the State Legal Services Authority, Circuit Bench at Jalpaiguri by April 6, 2023. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.
