1. The supplementary list was prepared to rectify typographical errors. In the 2nd line of paragraph 5 of page 2 of the order dated February 19, 2026, the word 'not' be deleted and in the 5th line of the said paragraph after 'unsound mind' a 'comma (,)' and the expression 'without hearing the petitioner' be inserted.

2. The said paragraph no. 5 will be read as follows:- "The order impugned is set aside. The learned court erred in holding that an enquiry was required to come to a conclusion as to whether the petitioner suffered from any mental infirmity and was of unsound mind, without hearing the petitioner. The application will be heard afresh on merits and upon consideration of the issue involved."

3. In paragraph 6 of the order the expression 'petitioner' be corrected as 'parties'.

4. Let the corrections be incorporated by the department. Rest of the order dated February 19, 2026 remains unaltered.
