This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of G.R. Case No. 4294 of 2020 in connection with Bhaktinagar Police Station Case No. 860 of 2020 dated 03.10.2020 under Section 468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State is present.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has filed one certified copy of the cause list of the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Jalpaiguri, wherefrom it appears that most of the cases were fixed in the month of August, 2025 for ER/appearance.

However, considering all facts and circumstances, and also burden of cases, Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Jalpaiguri is requested, if possible, to prepone the date and also requested to dispose of the G.R. Case No.

4294 of 2020 in connection with Bhaktinagar Police Station Case No. 860 of 2020 and dispose of the same as earlier as possible.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
