Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Further statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure discloses that there is no amicable resolution of the dispute.

Under such circumstances, there is no change in circumstance justifying entertaining of subsequent prayer for pre arrest bail.

In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner wishes to withdraw the application.
