A cartoon box containing 476 strips of Tramadol i..e narcotics above commercial quantity was recovered from a vehicle which was occupied by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and statutory restriction under section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
