1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits as follows. There was a scuffle between the neighbours which resulted in injuries. But, none was grievous in nature.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to the statements of witnesses and the injury report, which shows injury inflicted, inter alia, on a vital part of the body like head requiring stitches for repair.

3. Considering the above, the other materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the

petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
