Petitioners are in custody for 505 days. They renew their prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. 20.6 kgs of ganja was recovered from the petitioners. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
