However, at this juncture, the agent of the petitioner moving in person submits that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present revisional application with leave to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the trial court.

Accordingly, CO 16 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the court below.

There will be no order as to costs.
