Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits, upon instruction that, on 10th February, 2025 the matter before the Learned Trial Court stood adjourned till 21st March, 2025 for hearing the petition for cancellation of bail.

The disputed sale deeds are in the custody of the accused persons. The police shall take steps to seize the sale deeds from the accused for the purpose to proper enquiry and investigation.
