The compliance report dated April 8, 2026 issued by the Project Director, AH-48 and Executive Engineer, PWD (Roads) shows that the illegal and unauthorized structure has been dismantled and removed. The compliance report of the jurisdictional Inspector-in-charge, P.S. Dhupguri dated April 9, 2026 also shows that, the illegal structure has been
demolished and removed. The said report is also on record.
Petitioner submits that, the illegal structures are dismantled but the debris are lying there. This is not within the purview of the contempt jurisdiction of this Court.
The record shows that the order of this Court stands complied with.
Accordingly, the contempt proceeding being CPAN 8 of 2026 stands dropped and closed.
The application being CPAN 8 of 2026 stands disposed of.
