The grievance of the petitioner is that the statutory complaint filed by him on 6th September, 2019 under Section 18(1) of The Right to Information Act, 2005, registered as Docket No.4878, has not been disposed of by the appellate authority till date. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 5 being the West Bengal State Information Commission to furnish the necessary information to the petitioner at the earliest, but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order, W.P.A. 584 of 2020 is disposed of.
