2. It appears that the identity of the victim has been revealed in portions of the revisional application.

3. Therefore, the revisional application is dismissed for not being in form.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner for filing a proper application afresh on the self-same grounds.

5. In the interest of justice, the Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order sheet, the FIR, the Charge sheet to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner upon usual undertaking and upon filing a copy of the said certified copy for the record.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
