We have considered the materials on record. De-facto complainant alleges petitioner and co-accused had snatched away gold ornaments and money. Accordingly, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary for recovery of stolen articles. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
