2. The petitioner sought to transfer the Matrimonial Suit No.660 of 2024, which is pending before the learned District Judge at Jalpaiguri to the competent court at Bishnupur in the district of Bankura.

3. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the suit has since been decreed ex parte, as per her information.

4. Under such circumstances, nothing survives in this application.

5. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.

6. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
