The petitioners have filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities to take appropriate steps in respect of the representation dated 05.11.2022. From the record it is found that the petitioners have not made any representation to any authority on 05.11.2022 but only has made representation to the Hon'ble Education Minister and as such, this Court finds that no order can be passed in the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA No. 385 of 2023 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of the writ petition will not debar the petitioners from taking appropriate steps.
