Learned Counsel Mr. Saha Poddar today assure before this Court that he will surrender before the Court and shall file application for regular bail.

On this

consideration the impugned Order is set aside.

The petitioner shall surrender before the Trial Court and shall apply for regular bail. Order of proclamation stands quashed. The instant application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly along with pending application, if any.
