The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the aforesaid respondent to act in accordance with the direction passed by the Court on 23.11.2021.

The learned advocate representing the respondent authorities have not been able to produce any document to show that the direction passed by the Court has been complied.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Principal Secretary, Department of Panchayat and Rural Development to act in strict accordance with the direction passed by the Court on 23.11.2021 in WPA No. 717 of 2021 at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and

communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
