Mr. Debajit Kundu Mr. Shuvro Prokash Lahiri ... for the petitioner Ms. Bedashruti Bose Mr. Sandip Guha Roy ... for the State Mr. Saikat Banerjee ... for WBBPE It appears that inadvertent typographical errors had crept into the order dated 03.3.2025 passed by this Court. First, the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the WBBPE was not recorded. It is hereby corrected that on that day Mr. Saikat Banerjee appeared on behalf of WBBPE.

That apart, at the heading of the order sheet instead of "WPA 422 of 2024" the number should actually be "WPA 422 of 2025".

At the fourth line of the order sheet instead of "He", it should actually be "She".

The inadvertent typographical errors are hereby corrected and the order dated 03.3.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon completion of requisite formalities.
