This writ petition is appearing in the list for quite some time, but the petitioner remained absent at the time of call.
Today also petitioner remains unrepresented.
It has been pleaded in the petition that the petitioner sought following information by an application dated July 12, 2019 before the Chairman, Central School Service Commission.
"Whether she is appointed or not in the post of Assistant Teacher ?
What is the present status of the said candidate ?"
Since such information was not supplied to her, she moved an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India before this Court.
The said writ petition dismissed on December 4, 2019 giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal
under Section 18 of the Right to Information Act,2005 before the appropriate authority within two weeks from date of the order.
The petitioner, accordingly, preferred an appeal on December17, 2019, before the Secretary, Central School Service Commission, but the same was not disposed of. Challenging such inaction, present writ petition has been filed.
Today, Mr. Satyaki Basu appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 produces a letter dated November 12, 2020, addressed to the petitioner from the Assistant Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, wherefrom it appears that the information sought by the petitioner on July 12, 2019 has been provided to her. The information so provided is quoted below :- 1.

In view of the aforesaid communication dated November 12, 2020, nothing remains to decide in this writ petition. Let the said communication dated November 12, 2020, be kept with the record.
WPA 569 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of without any order as to costs.
