1. We do not find any significant subsequent event after 28th February, 2023 when the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by a coordinate Bench.

2. Moreover, the same contentions were made by the petitioner before the coordinate Bench i.e that several of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail.

3. We accordingly rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail

4. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 183 of 2024 is accordingly rejected.
