In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty given to the petitioners to approach the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration by filing a representation with the grievances mentioned in this writ petition.

In the event, the representation is made by the petitioners within a week from date, the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration is directed to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from date.

The reasoned order should be communicated to petitioners within a week from the date of passing such reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is

disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.
