Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is a secondary school teacher. He has sought transfer on general ground. The application was filed through online portal on 11th May, 2022. But, the same has not been considered by the respondent authorities till date.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Central School Service Commission submits that if an application for transfer is pending, the same would be considered in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible. It appears that an application for transfer of the petitioner is pending consideration.

In view of the same, let the respondent no.3 consider the petitioner's prayer for transfer in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The temporary suspension of the portal shall not come in the way of such consideration.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
