Mr. Avrojyoti Das Mr. Rajdeep Das ...for the de facto complainant.

1. Read order dated April 1, 2025.

2. On the last date, it was specifically stated that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the Investigating Officer within the next three days.

3. Learned Advocates for the State and the de facto complainant tell me that the petitioner has not appeared before the Investigating Officer. Report filed by the Investigating Officer be kept with the records.

4. Not only that the petitioner has not reported to the Investigating Officer, today nobody appears for him in support of this application.

5. In view of the conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is thus rejected.

6. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (A) 123 of 2025 is dismissed.
