Mr. Debasish Mukherjee, Mr. Bhaskar Das ... for the petitioners It is submitted by the petitioners that this revisional application was filed at a juncture when the Court, before which the suit being Title Suit No. 12 of 2021 was pending, was lying vacant. The petitioners being the plaintiffs in the said suit have, therefor, sought for a direction upon the Judge-in-Charge for expeditious hearing of the suit. It is submitted that the office of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Siliguri, DistDarjeeling is no more vacant and the trial of the suit has commenced before the new incumbent. The revisional application, therefor, has become infructuous.

The revisional application being C.O. 37 of 2024 is disposed of without passing any further order. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
