Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition suffers from technical defects, she prays leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

Prayer is allowed.

WPA 395 of 2024 is dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs. This order however will not prevent the petitioner from filing a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.
