1. Petitioner prays for bail.
2. Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, no recover was made from the possession of the petitioner. He refers to the anticipatory bail granted by the co-ordinate Bench to another co-accused.
3. Learned advocate appearing for the State subm8its that, petitioner was arrested on October 12, 2025. In custody, the petitioner made a statement on the basis of which, further recovery of 23.11 kg of Ganja was recovered.
4. Learned advocate for the State submits that, there are Call Details Recording between the petitioner as well as
the person from whose house the initial recovery of commercial quantity of Ganja was made.
5. Since, commercial quantity of contraband under the NDPS Act, 1985 stood recovered on the leading statement made by the petitioner albeit in custody, I am not minded to grant bail to the petitioner as the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.
6. Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
7. CRM (NDPS) 155 of 2026 is dismissed.
