1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant/National Insurance Co. Ltd. has submitted that the dispute of the claim petition has already been settled before the Lok Adalat. He has drawn my attention to the order dated 12.03.2022 passed in Lok Adalat and where the dispute was settled at Rs.6,98,093/-.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant/Insurance Company herein also submits that payment has already been made.

For that reason he prays for withdrawal of this appeal.

3. Given facts and circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
