In view of the fact that narcotic substance of commercial quantity has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, application for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (NDPS) 95 of 2024 is accordingly, disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
