1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the municipal corporation submit that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed in as much as the unauthorized structures at the premises in question have been demolished.

3. Therefore, no further order needs to be passed in this regard.

4. The writ petition being WPA 445 of 2025 is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
