1. Report in the form of affidavit is filed by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 2. A copy of the same is handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the concerned D.L. & L.R.O. had taken steps during hearing of the appeal. The oral submissions are complete. Some of the relevant deeds have been sent for verification. The moment the same are available, a proper order will be passed in accordance with law.

3. It appears that the appellate authority has taken necessary steps during hearing of the appeal. In view of the same, no further order may be passed.

However, it is expected that the appeal will be disposed of in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.

4. In the event there is delay in providing the verification report, the appellate authority shall take necessary steps to expedite the same.

5. With this observation, the writ petition being WPA 449 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
