Dr. Patra appearing on behalf of the Commission submits that the petitioner's choice of school has been allotted based on the availability and the data as displayed in the Utsashree portal. However, it is submitted that the first two choice of schools of the petitioner can be explored and considered for allotment subject to the marks of the petitioner vis-à-vis the marks of others who have given option for the same schools and subject to they are being available as on the date of consideration.

It is, therefore, directed that the Chairman of the SSC shall complete the aforesaid exercise by Wednesday (27.07.2022).

The order of recommendation shall be communicated to each of the petitioner by e-mail. It is, however, clarified that if there is a change in the recommendation of the Commission of posting and transfers or even otherwise, it shall be formally communicated to the petitioner as indicated hereinabove. Consequent upon the recommendation, the WBBSE shall issue orders of transfer immediately.

With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 647 of 2022 is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
