1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioners are the parents of the respondent no. 4. They allege that the private respondent is threatening and forcing them to register gift of deed in respect of the land registered in their names in favour of the private respondent. The petitioners, on the other hand, do not intend to gift their land to the private respondents.

3. A complaint was lodged before the police and allegation is that that no steps have been taken in response thereto.

4. Learned advocate representing the private respondent denies the allegation of the petitioners.

5. Learned advocates representing the State respondents are yet to receive instruction in the matter.

6. As it appears that the dispute between the parties are primarily civil in nature, accordingly, the Writ Court do not intend to interfere in the same.

7. It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum for remedy, is so advised.

8. The Officer-in-Charge Kranti outpost under Malbazar Police Station is, however, directed to ensure that there is no breach of peace in the locale and the petitioners are not harassed or tortured at the hands of the respondent no. 4.

9. The writ petition stands disposed of.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
