It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are aged and in-laws and they are diligent in conducting the case all along. However, they could not take steps on the date for which the Court below has issued warrant of arrest against them. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State leaves the prayer to the discretion of the Court.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties, let the application, being C.R.R. 102 of 2025 is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order and in the event of such surrender before the Court below, the Trial Court will dispose of their prayer for surrender in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made herein.
