It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner there was a heated altercation and he did not intend to commit murder. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses show petitioner had assaulted and pushed the victim. As a result he suffered injuries and died. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
