M.A.T. 10 of 2021 has been filed against an order refusing police help to implement an order passed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the District Judge. On the other hand, M.A.T. 17 of 2021 has been preferred against an order passed in

connection with the same implementation order.

In view of prior disposal of F.M.A.T. 3 of 2021, which was preferred against the substantial injunction order, in respect of which implementation order was passed, the present two appeals and the connected applications have been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, M.A.T. 10 of 2021 along with C.A.N. 1 of 2021 and C.A.N. 2 of 2021 as well as M.A.T. 17 of 2021 are dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this odder, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
