This revisional application was preferred on 19.02.2021 when the investigation of the case was pending. Subsequently on or about 30.09.2021 charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. Having regard to the change of circumstances, the present revisional application has become infructuous.

The petitioners would be at liberty to file afresh enclosing the charge-sheet and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 48 of 2021 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
