1. Two petitions are taken up for analogous hearing as they emanate out of the same police station.

2. None appears for the petitioners.

3. 600 strips of capsules styled as 'pyeevan spas plus' which constitute commercial quantity of contraband under the NDPS Act, 1985 was seized from the joint possession of the petitioners.

4. Petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

5. Consequently, prayers for bail of both the petitioners are rejected.

6. CRM(NDPS)/166/2026 and CRM(NDPS)/169/2026 are dismissed.
